You must then enter your shipping address and click on the blue "continue" button. Next, you will be asked what kind of credit card you will be using and also you will be shown the shipping method and the shipping and handling charge in the drop down box. After you get that information, you can include that shipping amount on your order that you fax to us. None of the information you enter to calculate your shipping amount will be stored once you close the internet browser.
4) Make a total of the cost of the items PLUS the cost of UPS shipping. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR UPS SHIPMENT, IT WILL BE LEFT, AT THE UPS DRIVER'S DISCRESSION, AT YOUR FRONT DOOR OR PORCH. NEITHER UNITED PARCEL SERVICE NOR WWW.BETTYDODSON.COM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT DUE TO LOSS OR THEFT OF THESE SHIPMENTS.

If you are dissatisfied with any item, you must contact us within 14 days, receive Return Authorization, and instructions for shipping your return to us. Items must be unused and/or unopened and in a resellable condition. Return authorization is not automatic and will decided on a case-by-case basis. We'll pay the return shipping costs if it is a result of our error. After receiving your return and evaluating the items and their condition, we will contact you and proceed from there. Refunds will include the costs for the items purchased and sales tax and do not include shipping or any customs costs.
